5-Minute Friday is a little dose of goodness I send to your inbox each week before you head off into your weekend.

The format is usually 5 things I've been enjoying, pondering, or experimenting with throughout the week—things like new foods I'm loving, or books I'm reading, exciting conferences I'm attending, or just novel things I'm doing to heal myself from chronic disease. Plus quality links to scientific articles, blogs, vids, foods, shopping, etc.

But emails get buried quickly. And they are hard to find once they go under.
